No money received; waiting on influx of monies from memberships resulting from Lupercalia
Activities
Flogging workshop following the meeting. Next workshop pertains to leather.
Discussion about bring a vendor associated with workshops.
- Concerns of vendor favouritism; directory to be developed instead. Goal to remain education focused.
Taking suggestions for monthly activities
- MJ suggested a protocol/service workshop
Webmaster updates
- Website is being updated. Member emails are filtered through the EOS board emails for privacy and consistency.
- We are running low on membership cards. Rusty provided new cards which ship at $25.00 and cost $12.00 per 500 cards.

Discussion to consider alt.space as an alternate venue.
- Clear separation or organization between EOS and alt.space
- Venue not needed July, Aug and December months

—-inner city neighbourhoods
—-reliability of space as opposed to the church reliability.
Pro’s
—-attracting new members
—-ease of utilizing equipment instead of transporting to church
—-Unease of being ‘kinky’ in a church brought forward by significant enough population to mention in discussion
—-We would also be able to post the address of educational events
- Other venues considered and rejected based on costs.
- Option of Revisiting discussion in a year to gauge alt.space in its new space.
- (Tori) Lack of advertising could contribute to lack of members instead of being in a church.
- —Increasing advertising could include posters at venues/shops
- (MJ) Many groups who also do workshops. We have more competition.
