EOS EXECUTIVE MEETING SUNDAY FEBRUARY 5, 2017

Distributed Visioning Meeting minutes

 

  1. Presidents report

1st meeting of new executive

Alt.space is closing and Lupercalia committee will pick up the bookcases and library books.  They will be brought to Don Carlos and Tori’s home

Once brought back will go through everything, do inventory and contact everyone who has books to be returned.

EOS to continue as they have, 2 munches, darts night weekly and month end meetings

Don Carlos will be doing the key note speaker and welcome from EOS at Lupercalia

Discussed meeting location, and decision for Sunday before munch

2 memberships for approval.  Approved.

Confirmed Steffy for May how to repair or build an outfit

Cost of hotel room for expense.

March. To talk to Lucius about needle play

April – talk to Excaliburr about violet wand

Limiting number of meetings –  for non members to send the question out to Executive to bring up at next meeting. Send to executive for comments.

Mentorship program to bring up at May meeting.
